Thank you for shopping with The Beauty Hill. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom wigs, ready-to-ship units, and premium hair extensions with care and attention to detail.

- Processing Time

Processing Days: Tuesday – Saturday

(We do not process orders on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.)

Each order is made or prepared with precision. Please allow:

  • Custom Wigs: Up to 14 business days for processing
  • Ready-to-Ship Units: 1–3 business days
  • Hair Bundles & Extensions: 5-7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holiday periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

The Beauty Hill is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Lost packages caused by carrier errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fee.

-Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

The Beauty Hill is not liable for delayed, stolen, or lost packages once they are accepted by the carrier.

If this occurs:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Provide your tracking number for faster assistance

We will support you through the process, but we cannot replace or refund orders due to carrier issues.

- International Orders

Customs and import fees vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes charged by your local customs office.

- Order Changes or Cancellations  

Because work begins quickly after your order is placed:

  • We cannot cancel or change orders once submitted.
    Please verify your order details carefully before checkout.
