Because each unit is custom-made or prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

 No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer refunds
  • We do not offer exchanges

This applies to:

  • Ready-to-ship units
  • Hair bundle extensions
  • Lip products
  • All promotional or discounted items

Please ensure you review product details, lengths, textures, and descriptions carefully before completing your order.

-Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Because production begins immediately:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
    Please double-check your cart, lace size, measurements, and shipping address before submitting your order.

- Processing & Shipping Timeframe

  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Up to 14 business days after processing is complete

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos and/or video showing the issue

We will review your case and assist you promptly.
